My Background

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Master of Science in Counseling & Human Services from Post University in 2021 and have had the opportunity to work across a variety of settings, including residential treatment, schools, and outpatient mental health.Much of my career has been dedicated to working with children and adolescents, supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and the many transitions that come with growing and finding your sense of self. This work has taught me the importance of meeting each person where they are and looking beyond the surface of what they're experiencing to understand the whole person.I use Mindfulness-Based CBT to help clients build self-awareness, manage stress, regulate emotions, and develop healthier thought patterns. Together, we work on strengthening coping skills, improving emotional resilience, and creating sustainable changes that support overall wellness. When appropriate, I also value working with parents and families, offering guidance and support to help reinforce progress and create healthier patterns outside of sessions.

Integrative Approach

I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, which allows me to incorporate a nutrition-informed, whole-person perspective into my work. I recognize that mental and physical wellbeing are deeply connected, and when appropriate, I may incorporate education around nutrition, supplements, and somatic practices as part of an individualized approach to supporting overall wellbeing.I am also certified in Reiki, an energy-based practice that can be used to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and a greater sense of balance and connection. Reiki may involve gentle touch or positioning the hands just above the body and is offered as a complementary practice within my broader holistic approach to care.

A Little About Me

Outside of therapy, I believe in practicing the same mind-body connection that I encourage in my work with clients. I love staying active and getting my body moving, whether that means lifting weights, practicing yoga, or walking and hiking with my dog. I also enjoy learning about nutrition and exploring the ways our everyday habits can influence how we feel, both mentally and physically.

Services

I provide 60-minute individual therapy sessions. I do not submit to insurance directly but I do offer Superbills that you can submit to your insurance to be reimbursed. I am only available for telehealth sessions at this time.
Reiki - $100 per session
I offer 60-minute reiki sessions. During a Reiki session, I use gentle touch or position my hands slightly above the body to help realign the energy flow, remove blockages, and promote relaxation.

Who I serve

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or like they’re having a hard time feeling like themselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, life transitions, or chronic stress, therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself.
